Thank you LR Catering for our Christmas Picnic. Our whole team absolutely loved their lunch and all dietary needs were thought of – everyone enjoyed the beautiful fresh food. The fruit platter was a highlight with many happy people enjoying berries, cherries and mandarins. Liz and Robyn really made everything to the brief and I’m so glad we had the ginger slice added in!

We were in NZ as part of a huge rail project with local clients, and had 7 days of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Robyn, Liz and the team have some incredible options which all taste fresh, exciting and very filling with quality ingredients. I was particularly impressed with the efficient delivery, packaging, and presentation – All of the food looked incredibly gourmet and luxurious – which myself, my team and the clients were not expecting. They were pleasantly surprised with everything and well fed. I will use LR Catering for all future NZ events for my team and have recommended LR Catering throughout the business for all occasions. Our small function of 35 people held in an art gallery with very limited kitchen space and facilities proved to be no issue for Liz and Robyn. On their arrival the host changed the serving concept radically. In a professional and adaptable manner this was no issue as they reorganised and provided our guests with excellent variation of delicious canapés. Laughter and smiles are always abundant from these two fabulous women.

Our company yacht day was made so easy with LR Catering. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, from the delivery and transportation of the food to catering for all our dietary needs. LR Catering provided amazing food not only delicious but also presented beautifully.. We will definitely be using LR Catering again for all our company functions. I am sure they would surpass our expectations again.

LR Catering took care of all our requests and dietary requirements for our Christmas function and delivered delicious, fresh food for the day! Liz and Robyn provide a level of service not regularly experienced and that’s why you should book them for your next event or family celebration. We celebrated my mum’s 90th birthday with a high tea for close family and friends in a venue with no access to a kitchen. This did not deter the team from LR Catering at all and they swung into action presenting an exquisite table setting of fine china, tiered cake plates, fine white tablecloths offset with fresh cut flowers for every table.

The food is elegant, fresh and above all delicious and was met with many happy faces and satiated tummies. Topped off with bottomless pots of tea and coffee served with a smile. Honestly you cannot fault this team of dedicated caterers they will surpass your expectations!!

We ordered a mixture of baguettes for a training course which were presented beautifully as well as delicious.  They were a substantial size and we received great feedback from the attendees. These were delivered to our workplace at the agreed time which made it so easy.
Great value for money too.  Would highly recommend

Thank you so much for your wonderful selection of finger food which you delivered for our 30th Wedding Anniversary celebration.  We were very impressed with your food suppled in the boxes – very well done.  As for the food, everything was delicious and received many positive comments from our guests.  A couple of them even took one of your serviettes home with them to keep your contact details for future use.  A lovely touch to have the serviettes tied with string and two stems of lavender!

LR Catering did a fantastic job catering our office event.  Robyn and Liz did a great job setting up everything and the food was spectacular. They made everything very easy, the most difficult part was choosing food from their vast selection.  I would definitely get them to cater my function again

They did such a beautiful grazing table for my wedding. I received wonderful feedback from my guests, most being pleasantly surprised that there were fries served too! They were very thoughtful of who would be turning up and made sure to cater to all ages. Delicious variety and some unique homemade specialty. Fantastic to say the least. Liz and Robyn (LR Catering) catered our garden wedding at home in Auckland earlier this year. They delivered an amazing menu and we were astonished by the quality and variety of food presented. Our quests were impressed, not only with the food but also by the catering / serving staff they used on the day. Friendly, accommodating and very obliging to say the least. No one went home hungry as the proportions were excellently estimated.

This was one aspect of our wedding planning that was absolutely stress free and we highly recommend LR Catering to anyone needing catering for any function at all. Total value for money and amazingly original menu served with style.

The Radio & Television Broadcasters’ Club met mid February 2024 and engaged Robyn & Liz from LR Catering to do the canapés for our gathering of 38 members.

They arrived at the venue with some of their canapés already plated – others needed some preparation, especially the colourful little cones filled with guacamole and decorated with a small prawn! These were super popular and a hit with everyone. Not only egg & chicken sandwiches, but small chicken and leak pies – guests kept asking for more! And these were just the beginning of some additional plates which were very popular.

We can definitely recommend LR Catering – the variety and presentation of their canapes is superb! We’ll definitely be using them again next year!
